01 Gibsons Landing Residential Development Gibsons, BC +

A 48-lot residential subdivision featuring full municipal servicing across ocean-view terrain. The project demanded innovative grading solutions and retaining wall design to accommodate the natural topography while maximizing buildable area and preserving sight lines to the coast.

02 Squamish Business Park Phase 2 Squamish, BC +

A 15-hectare commercial and industrial development encompassing access road design, underground utility corridors, and stormwater retention facilities. Engineered to support Squamish's growing commercial sector with infrastructure built for long-term capacity.

03 Marine Drive Corridor Improvements West Vancouver, BC +

A 1.8-kilometre road realignment with comprehensive utility upgrades and pedestrian infrastructure improvements. Phased construction planning ensured minimal disruption to one of West Vancouver's busiest transportation corridors throughout the multi-year build.

04 Oceanview Heights Subdivision Sechelt, BC +

A 32-lot hillside development requiring complex grading and retaining wall systems. Rain gardens and bioswales were integrated throughout the site for stormwater management, reflecting current best practices in low-impact development on challenging terrain.

05 Mamquam River Flood Protection Squamish, BC +

Dike upgrades and floodplain analysis conducted in close coordination with Fisheries and Oceans Canada. The project serves over 1,200 downstream properties and balances flood protection infrastructure with environmental sensitivity along the Mamquam River corridor.

06 Hopkins Landing Infrastructure Renewal Gibsons, BC +

Water and sewer system replacement for more than 200 properties, executed through phased construction to maintain service continuity. Seismic upgrades were incorporated throughout the new infrastructure to meet current building code requirements.

07 Britannia Beach Redevelopment Britannia Beach, BC +

Mixed-use site servicing paired with environmental remediation coordination on a historically significant site. Innovative stormwater treatment systems were designed to address legacy contamination while enabling new residential and commercial development.

08 Whistler Village North Servicing Whistler, BC +

A 4.2-hectare mixed-use servicing project integrating district energy systems and advanced stormwater treatment. Designed to support Whistler's growth while meeting the resort municipality's stringent environmental and sustainability standards.
