48 lots across 12 hectares of varied coastal terrain. Full municipal servicing engineered into steep, ocean-facing slopes. Custom grading solutions preserved natural drainage patterns while maximizing developable area.
15 hectares of alluvial floodplain transformed into fully serviced commercial land. Stormwater retention engineered to manage high water table conditions. Road network designed for heavy commercial traffic.
1.8km of coastal road realignment through variable terrain. Utility modernization beneath active roadway. Pedestrian infrastructure integrated into the narrow corridor between mountain slope and sea.
